She is a life coach who provides clarity to life, career path, and development aimed at addressing issues at different stages of the client's life. Adek runs career, professional, and thematic mentorship programs Her remarkable work has earned membership in both National, regional, and International networks and fellowships as well as recognition among the 100 women in Africa making significant contributions to the development space. Adek is a skilled public speaker, presenter, event anchor/host, purpose discovery trainer, and specialist in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). She is the latest author of a book aimed at empowering women and girls known as THE WOMANFUL Adek is a certified project manager in Global Health from the University of Washington, holding memberships in prestigious national and international fellowships, and serving as the Founder and Executive Director of Today for Tomorrow Initiative.
