First off, welcome! I’m really glad you’re here.

If you made it this far, chances are you've seen some of my content where I openly share a lot of what I've struggled with in my life - most likely very recently, but possibly from past experiences further down the timeline. And, chances are you might also be feeling overwhelmed right now.

Maybe you're also nearing rock bottom. Maybe you're deep in it. Maybe just navigating a really heavy period, or you might just be feeling the need for a completely judgement-free human connection to listen and untangle your thoughts.

Why I'm building this space:

I've been wanting to do this for a long while because despite all the personal issues I've worked through over the years (and am still working through), I love to help people. I love to create safe spaces for people like you and I to get vulnerable, speak openly, and process everything.

In recent months I've had honest 1:1 conversations with 50+ people in DMs about what they're going through. I do my best to respond to all DMs I receive on Instagram, but my responses aren't always timely.

This dedicated 1-hour video session is fully dedicated to you, so you can fully express everything you're carrying - and I can share more about my own journey, if it helps.
