What this is
Consistency is the only strategy that actually works. LinkedIn rewards those who show up. Most people never do.
Most creators know what they want to build. They just never show up long enough to build it. The LinkedIn Visibility Challenge fixes that, with accountability, community, and a very real cash prize waiting at the finish line.
The Coachli LinkedIn Visibility Challenge is designed for one thing: helping African professionals and creators build a real presence on LinkedIn, the platform where careers are built, deals are made, and opportunities find you.
For 21 days in June, you post once a day about your work, skills, or professional journey. We give you the accountability, community, and coaching to keep going. You bring the expertise you already have.
More than a challenge. It's a launchpad.
LinkedIn is the most underused platform by African creators. That changes now.
While most creators fight for attention on crowded feeds, LinkedIn still rewards quality content with organic reach. A single well-written post can land in front of recruiters, clients, collaborators, and investors, without spending a naira on ads. The gap between those building an audience on LinkedIn and those who are not is widening every month. This challenge gets you on the right side of that gap.
Real accountability
A WhatsApp community of creators posting alongside you every single day.
Weekly coaching emails
Every Friday, practical LinkedIn-specific tips: how to write hooks, use formatting, grow your network, and convert attention into opportunities.
Weekly features on Coachli
The top 5 posts by engagement each week get reshared to Coachli's growing professional audience on LinkedIn.
A cash prize worth showing up for

A bridge to July's Creator Fund
Build your LinkedIn audience now. Monetise it with the Coachli Creator Fund next month.
You already know enough to post today.
You don't need to be a thought leader. You don't need to go viral. You just need to talk about what you do and what you know.
Share what you're building
Your business, freelance work, product, or creative project. Behind the scenes of how it works.
Teach something you know
A lesson from your career, a skill you've developed, a mistake you made and what you learned.
Share a win or milestone
Celebrate progress publicly. LinkedIn audiences love a genuine update, and so does the algorithm.
Feature your Coachli storefront
Promote a product, service, or course you're working on. Real offers count as challenge content.

The rules
- 1
Post once a day. For 21 consecutive days.
One LinkedIn post per day. Text, image, carousel, or video, the format is yours. To keep things substantive: text posts 100+ words, carousels 4+ slides, videos 30+ seconds. Original content only, no reposts.
- 2
Open every post with the same line.
Each post must start with
Day [X] of 21 — #CoachliLinkedInChallenge. This is non-negotiable. It is how we find you, and how the cohort finds each other. - 3
Tag @Coachli in the post.
Tagging means we see it, can engage, and can amplify the best ones. Untagged posts do not count toward completion.
- 4
Write about what you actually do.
What you are building, selling, teaching, learning, or working on. Not generic life advice. Not motivational quotes. Real, grounded, specific.
- 5
Two grace days. That is it.
Life happens. You get two skippable days across the 21 (post twice the next day to bank back). Miss a third, you are out of the completion prize, but welcome to keep going.
The panel
Three judges decide the grand prize and runner-up at the end of the challenge. They review a curated shortlist, not every post, so the bar is set by people who know the difference between performance and substance.
