About Adeniyi
Adeniyi Momodu, known online as Digital Niyo, is an Instagram coach and manager who helps service-based businesses grow their audience and attract ideal clients using Instagram. His background is in web design and freelancing, and he made the transition to Instagram coaching two years ago, moving from platforms like Fiverr to directly managing client relationships on Instagram.
That direct relationship meant taking on a layer of operational work that Fiverr had handled for him: invoicing, payment processing, scheduling, and managing trust signals for clients who were paying him directly for the first time.
The challenge
Niyo's first attempt at running his own business hit a wall almost immediately at the payment layer. PayPal blocked his account, leaving him stranded with no way to receive payments from existing clients and no clear path to reactivate.
"Finding a payment processor was very tough. I had clients saying things like, 'I do not know this platform, are you sure they will not steal my details?' It became even worse when PayPal blocked my account, and I was stranded with no way to receive payments."
Alternative platforms presented their own restrictions. Some only opened up Stripe access to "top sellers" with high prior sales volume, which is useless when you are starting out. Others required him to juggle multiple tools for payment, scheduling, and content delivery, which slowed down every client interaction.
Why Coachli
Niyo needed a platform that gave him Stripe access immediately (not gatekept behind sales volume), settled funds reliably to his local bank, and integrated payment with the rest of his client workflow.
"Coachli made it easy to set up payments with Stripe, even as a new user, allowing me to receive payments from international clients without any issues."
How Adeniyi uses Coachli
- 1-on-1 Instagram coaching sessions with built-in video, eliminating the need for separate Zoom or Google Meet links
- Integrated booking and payment: clients pay and the session is automatically scheduled
- Stripe access from day one, regardless of prior sales volume
- All client interactions managed inside one platform
"The call system in Coachli takes care of everything. Once a client pays, the session is booked automatically, and I do not need to send additional links or manage the process manually."
Results
- International payments now processed reliably, replacing the broken PayPal workflow
- Client management consolidated, eliminating the multi-platform handoffs that had been slowing him down
- More time spent on coaching, less on operational fire-fighting
- Easy onboarding and use compared to previous platforms he had tried
"My favourite feature is the call system. Once a client pays, everything is taken care of. No need to send extra links for booking. Everything is within the Coachli ecosystem, and I just show up for the session. If you want to make your payment issues easier and have everything in one place, give Coachli a try. You will not go back."
